ALI NITTI / Graphic Designer
Ali is passionate about partnering with brands in the social good space—those working to make a real difference in people’s lives. Whether she’s designing for a mission-driven startup or a national retailer, she believes transparency and authenticity are essential.
With a background in graphic design and advertising, plus a minor in public relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Ali approaches every brand with strategy and heart. Her goal? To create design that connects. Because being hot is great—but being understood is even better.
By day, she’s a designer at Innovative Marketing Solutions, a retail design agency in the Chicago area, where she helps bring custom displays and branded environments to life.
Outside of work, Ali spends her time training for the Chicago Marathon, volunteering with her church’s youth ministry, or soaking in the beautiful views of Lake Michigan.

Our vision is to be your favorite place to freelance or your favorite freelance collaborative partner. Our aim is to provide you with inspiring opportunities, a smooth process, ongoing support, and a culture of encouragement where you feel valued. We see creatives in various stages of life (be it full-time work, stay-at-home moms, full-time freelancers, or college students) getting to do work that excites them on their own schedule. Right now, there are about 30 hand-selected remote creatives and strategists making up our Collective.
